• Prizes are non-transferable and non-cash prizes are non-convertible to cash
• All prizes exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be ***shouldered by the winner

  • ONLINE APPLICATION/SCREENING
    • Participants must fill-out the online form completely and upload all needed documents for the screening:
      • Latest Photos (Full Body and Half Body Shot)
      • Participant’s Introduction Video
  • SELECTED 15 CANDIDATES
    • Selected 15 participants will undergo a virtual screening for further verification of their qualifications. 
    • In case of unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances of the selected top 15 participants, the candidates next in the ranking will be chosen for screening.
  REGIONAL PRELIMINARY PHASE
  • At the Preliminaries, 15 Candidates will have Four (4) Major Segments:
    • Opening Introduction
    • Swimsuit Competition
    • Evening Gown Competition
    • Question and Answer
  • Their overall performance will be judged according to the following criteria:

      • Beauty of Figure / Proportions 30%
      • Poise & Personality / Silka Factor 10%
      • Intelligence 30%
  • When the Top 7 is chosen, scores are back to zero for the Final Question and Answer Round.
  • The Regional winners will be determined using this criteria:

      • Intelligence and Personality 40%
  PRE-PAGEANT to CORONATION NIGHT 
  • All Regional Winners will fly to Metro Manila for the Pre-pageant Activities and Coronation Night.
  • Pre-pageant Activities include:
    • Preliminary Judging (DAY 1 - private activity)where candidates are judged for the following preliminary segments:
      • Swimwear (Swimwear provided by Production team)
        • CRITERIA
          • Beauty of Physique (Body Proportion) 50%
          • Stage Presence (Pasarela, Confidence) 30%
          • Posture, Carriage and Grace 20%
        • Candidate with the highest score in the round will be BEST IN SWIMSUIT
      • Evening Gown (Long gown provided by Production team)
        • CRITERIA
          • Poise and Elegance 50%
          • Stage Presence (Pasarela, Confidence) 30%
          • Posture, Carriage and Grace 20%
        • Candidate with the highest score in this round will be BEST IN EVENING GOWN
      • Preliminary Interview (Cocktail dress/Suit provided by Candidate)
        • CRITERIA
          • Substance of Answers 50%
          • Eloquence 30%
          • Confidence & Personality 20%
        • Candidate with the highest score in this round will be BEST IN CASUAL WEAR
      • After the 3 major segments, candidates will then have a photoshoot and video shoot for materials needed for the pageant.
  • REGIONAL IN COSTUME COMPETITION (DAY 2)
    • Each candidate is required to prepare and showcase their Regional costume.
    • Costume has to be solely carried by the candidate to and from the stage.
    • Candidate must be able to walk in her costume. NO COSTUME should be detached from the candidate and left standing on the stage when she walks.
    • Costumes have to be respectful of women. No risqué outfits are allowed. All costumes should be properly checked to avoid wardrobe malfunctions.
    • All propsmen should join the rehearsal.
    • No liquids, protechnics and other materials that can pose danger will be allowed on stage.
    • All costs related to the Regional costume competition are c/o the contestant.
    • The Regional Costume Competition is judged using this criteria:

        • Craftsmanship 40%
        • Stage Presence 20%
  • At the Coronation Night, candidates will be judged with this criteria:
  • CRITERIA to DETERMINE TOP 7
    • Pre-pageant Scores Total (40%)
      • Composed of Preliminary Swimwear, Evening Gown, Question and Answer & Talent Competition
    • Coronation Night Judges Score (60%)
      • Beauty of Face and Skin/Alagang Silka look 30%
      • Beauty of Figure / Proportions 30%
      • Poise & Personality / Silka Factor 10%
      • Intelligence 30%

  • When the Top 7 is chosen, scores are back to zero for the Final Question and Answer Round.

  • HOW TO CLAIM
    • An authorized ABS-CBN representative will contact the selected contestants and will be notified on the details of the virtual screening and verification, and requirements of the Regional Preliminaries.
    • The selected contestants should email their signed waiver  within 14 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the slot will be given to another aspiring contestant with prior FDA approval.
