BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  TUTOK 2GETHER SA ALLTV2 PROMO is a viewer-engagement promo that offers prizes to encourage daily viewership on “AllTV2” primetime programs from Monday to Friday.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN:
a. Open to 18 years old and above
b. Must be a Filipino citizen, residing in the Philippines
c. Must have a valid ID
d. Must complete all the required fields in the registration form.
e. Must have bank details under his/her name for grand winners
f. Must have internet connection
WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN:
A user’s entry will be forfeited in any of the following cases:
a. Those who did not pass the technical qualification requirements.
b. Those whose GCash account and bank details are not under their names and/or unverified.
c. Those with incomplete and invalid registration information.
d. Those who use multiple accounts in a single day.
e. Employees of ABS-CBN Corporation and AllTV 2 and their respective subsidiaries, and the respective employees’ relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
f. Persons reporting regularly to ABS-CBN Corporation and AllTV 2 under a contract of service and who, by nature of the service they render, may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
g. Those who are not qualified to join the promo based on the requirements stated above.
h. Participants for the daily and weekly draw must be registered in the campaign, otherwise, they will be disqualified.
HOW TO JOIN:
a. Participants can join the promo by visiting www.joinnow.ph or scanning the QR code on their TV screens which will direct them to the TUTOK 2GETHER landing page..
b. Players must answer the question/s and fill out the registration form that will pop up.
c. Only one account/registration per player can be used per day.
d. Participants may join and qualify to win in the following primetime schedule Monday to Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

GAME MECHANICS:
a. A question containing the Lucky Coin will be flashed both in the commercial gap and within the body of each of the primetime shows in ABS-CBN sa AllTV 2 from Monday to Friday.

GABOb. Participants can submit their answers via their device by visiting www.joinnow.ph or scanning the QR code on their TV screens.
c. Participants may submit and key in their answers from the time the question appeared until the end of the show. The last word chosen by the participant would be their final answer.
d. After answering, a registration form will pop up. All participants who submitted an entry or entries and filled out the form (Name, complete address, birth month and birth year, email address, location, and contact number) successfully will qualify in the randomizer draw.sponding week. A user may have multiple entries in the weekly draw but can only win once in a week.
e. DAILY DRAW: All participants who submitted an entry or entries on the daily draw are eligible to win in the daily draw of the corresponding day with a maximum of 1 win per day and 3 wins in a week. A participant can only win for a maximum of Twenty Four (24) times for the whole duration of the promo.
f. WEEKLY DRAW: All accumulated entries by a participant in the daily draw will automatically qualify for the weekly draw of the corresponding week. A user may have multiple entries in the weekly draw but can only win once in a week and can only win once for the whole duration of the promo.“DOUBLE THE PRIZE”
g. Once the daily winners are determined, a randomizer will be used to determine whether the prize will be doubled or will remain as is.
h. Winners will be announced via eflyers and plugs the next day (on-air via ALLTV 2, online through ABS-CBN Entertainment and ALLTV’s Facebook Page). The winners’ plug will include the name of the winners. An authorized TUTOK 2GETHER representative will contact and verify the winners through their contact number, email address, and the registered mail they provided during their registration.

VALIDATION OF WINNERS/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
– A DTI representative will be present via Zoom meeting to validate the entries and select the winners for the daily and weekly draws together with the authorized representative from the TUTOK 2GETHER team.
HOW TO CLAIM
a. Winners will be announced on the platforms via eflyers and plugs the next day (on-air via ALLTV, online through ABS-CBN Entertainment and ALLTV’s Facebook Page). The list of winners will only include their names.
b. Art cards of the list of winners will be posted on ABS-CBN’s social media accounts.
c. An authorized TUTOK 2GETHER representative will contact the winner through the corporate email for verification of information and timelines for releasing the prize.
d. Winners will be notified via their contact number, email address, and the registered mail they provided during the registration.
e. The mobile number registered will be linked to the GCash account that will receive the prize with the consent of the winner. The Gcash number linked to the mobile number should be a valid and verified Gcash number.
f. Gcash number can only be registered once.
g. Gcash number cannot be used by multiple account/s or registration.
h. Prize disbursement will be processed within three (3) days from the date of winning. For prizes that require an alternative method of delivery, such as when the recipient’s verified GCash Account is unable to accept the money transfer or for high-value prizes, the program needs 3 to 8 weeks or 60 days maximum to process and arrange for the release and transfer of prizes through their GCASH ACCOUNT NUMBERS, or through electronic/wire transfer or through Check payment.h their GCASH ACCOUNT NUMBERS, or through electronic/wire transfer or through Check payment.Redemption of prizes is until 60days upon receipt of notification, the participants will need to present at least one (1) valid ID. For winners with no identification card from the list, they may use the following; NBI/Police Clearance or Barangay Certificate.i. Representatives who will claim on behalf of the winner must present at least one (1) valid ID and an authorization letter and a valid ID from the Winner.
j. All prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be shouldered by ABS-CBN.
k. Prizes are non-transferable.
